Volunteer Opportunity

Would you like to volunteer your time to help someone in need receive a wonderful Holiday Meal? Join Community Servings in delivering a delicious Holiday Meal to your critically ill neighbors and their families on Wednesday, December 24th. This is an opportunity to show those in greatest need that someone cares!

We are offering 3 volunteer delivery shift options (and you can register directly or learn more by clicking on these links):

9:00AM – 12:00PM (click here to register): We’ll be delivering to Brighton, Brookline, Mattapan, Hyde Park, Roslindale, Revere, Winthrop & West Roxbury

10:00AM – 1:00PM (click here to register): We’ll be delivering to Dorchester, South Boston, South End, Beacon Hill Area & Somerville

11:00AM – 2:00PM (click here to register): We’ll be delivering to Roxbury, Jamaica Plain & Dorchester

Volunteers meet at Community Servings in Jamaica Plain at the start of their shift to load their vehicles with food.

You will need your own vehicle and GPS. Having a partner or family member to help with deliveries is not required, but it does make things a whole lot easier and fun!

Additionally, please note that only one volunteer per vehicle needs to register (so if you plan on volunteering with a partner, only one person needs to sign-up).

If you have any questions do not hesitate to contact me at kwhite@servings.org or (617) 522-7777 x.228. We are excited for another successful Holiday Meal Delivery, and we hope you will be a part of it.
