Motivational Meetup/Workout Wednesdays

Motivational Meetup/Workout Wednesdays

Advice. Accountability. Support. Come at 6:30PM and share where you're at in your wellness journey, receive support from like-minded women, and get your burning questions answered about nutrition and exercise. Should I do this or that? Why am I not getting the results I want? Come at 7:00PM for our 30 minute power exercise session that incorporates elements of interval and strength training! You can participate in just the motivation session, just the workout, or both!
Workout - $5
Motivational MeetUp - FREE :)

***There is NO obligation to stay for the workout. Seriously, if you're not ready to actually start your fitness journey, that is OK. Come for the solidarity and support. Too many of us embark on this journey alone. We need each other ladies, so come through!
