Join Sustainable Business Network of MA to shop, taste, learn, & play at Boston Local Food Festival THIS SUNDAY, October 6th from 11am-5pm on the Rose Kennedy Greenway! (by Aquarium T stop)

• Shopping New Englands largest one-day farmers market representing over 100 New England vendors from farms, speciality foods, restaurants, food trucks, fishermen, and more
• Interactive Family Fun Zone with games and programming for people of all ages
• Educational Chef & Do-It-Yourself Demos, Seafood Throwdown, and Boston Clam Chowda Cook-off

Here is a list of what to bring with you on Sunday:

• Our Festival Program! In order to keep our event zero-waste, we are only printing a limited number of programs. Feel free to check out our program online here and save it on your phone for easy viewing while at the festival.
• A reusable bag for getting all of your fresh produce plus amazing array of specialty items. Don't have one? You can purchase one our our SBN bags for a nominal fee at our info booths!
• Shopping Money. While the Boston Local Food Festival is a FREE event for the public - our farmers, fishermen, specialty food vendors, restaurants and food trucks will be selling their tasty local food creations. All farm stands and specialty foods will be selling their items at market price. Restaurant and food trucks will be selling portions for $6 or less! Please support our vendors and think about shopping for your groceries and specialty foods as well as breakfast, lunch, or dinner at the food fest!
•  Reusable bottle. The MWRA will be onsite on at the corner of India Street across the street from Zone C, distributing free local water to vendors and attendees. Also,BeCause Water will be traveling around the festival on foot with a portable water dispenser. If that's not enough, we will have eight vendors at the festival focusing on speciality drinks - including tea, coffee, juices, sodas, and smoothies!
• Your bike! Boston Local Food Festival has teamed up with Urban Adventours to provide free bike valet service for attendees to the festival. Those who cannot travel on bike, we encourage you to take  public transportation or carpool.
•  Blanket. This year we have moved almost all programming off the grass, opening it up for the attendees to enjoy! Grab a few snacks from the festival, find the music stage, and throw your blanket out on the grass for a lovely fall picnic.
• Camera. Make sure to take pictures of everything you love at the Boston Local Food Festival to share with us via Facebook and Twitter (and don't forget to add #BLFF2013)!
  
• Produce from your garden/CSA for our Crop Share! Bring a fresh pepper, cucumber, squash or more to share, and our community partners will make sure it is given to someone who needs it.
