With the 2016 Presidential primaries kicking into high gear, with Donald Trump and Ted Cruz saying crazy things on a nearly daily basis, we need progressive laughs now more than ever. That's why we have Laughing Liberally Boston, a monthly progressive political comedy show featuring some Boston’s top liberal and progressive comedians.

Comedians on the February 13th bill include: Sam Ike, Srilatha Rajamani, Jiayong Li, and Julia Claire.
In addition to some of the finest progressive comedians Boston has to offer, each Laughing Liberally Boston show will feature a special interview segment with a local political figure, journalist or activist. This month’s guest is Lydia Edwards. Lydia is the former director of the Massachusetts Coalition For Domestic Workers, a public interest lawyer for Greater Boston Legal Services, and current candidate for State Senate in Massachusetts.
Laughing Liberally Boston takes place the second Saturday of every month, with the next show on Saturday February 13th at 8pm at the Riot Theater, 146a South Street, Jamaica Plain, MA. Admission is $8.
