Charlemont Reggae Festival - Known now as one of the best reggae festivals in New England, the Charelamont Reggae Festival is a great family event with one of the most beautiful backdrops of any reggae festival from here to Jamaica. The Charlemont Fairgrounds open at 11:00am and there will be great Ital and Jamaican food as well as colorful vendors for tee shirts, hats, jewelry and lots more. Special guest 'Roger Steffens will be showing a 2 hour film tribute to 'Peter Tosh' including unseen footage. Advance tickets ($20.00)can be purchased at @ Avery's General store in Charlemont, Boswell Books in Shelburn Falls, World Eye Books in Greenfield, Pheonix Records and tapes in Springfield and the Acupuncture Works in Amherst.
