Call for Artists!


1: Summer Fling: Festival of One-Minute Films at Gallery 263, Cambridge, MA
Gallery 263 is currently calling for one-minute films on the theme of “summertime”. Films can be narrative, abstract, animated, shot with your smartphone, or with professional gear. All films will be screened at the gallery on August 9. All submissions welcome.

2: Call for Short Plays,  Gallery 263, Cambridge, MA
Gallery 263 is currently calling for original short plays and adaptations on the theme “behind the scenes of a famous work of art”. You may select any famous painting or well-known artwork and write about what lead up to that moment, what happened after, or write about something directly in the middle. Selected plays will be staged during the weekend of September 5-7, 2014 at Gallery 263. Apply by August 1!
