In recognition of the unique strength of Boston's healthcare and cultural communities, Sunday September 29th will be designated "Music and Wellness Day," with a city-wide flash mob for health at 3 pm.
People are invited to make joyful sound all over the city; and as an
art therapist and a member of the Boston Arts Consortium for Health
(BACH); I'm coordinating an afternoon of all sorts of free arts
activities and performances including: yoga, a family oriented
performance by a local folk musician, an art activity, a ragtime
performance by a local piano teacher, a rousing performance by Fenway
Park organist to usher the Red Sox into the postseason, and more.
The event will take place this Sunday September 29th from 3 pm - 5 pm at Rings Fountain on the Rose Kennedy Greenway in Boston as part of the "Play Me, I'm Yours" Street Pianos Boston Festival
All events, performances, and activities are FREE!
