One Brick Boston August Social with Slumbrew!

One Brick Boston invites you to join us and our friends from Slumbrew (Somerville Brewing Company) this coming Tuesday, August 20th from 5:30 to 7:30pm at the Kinsale Irish Pub in Government Center for our August monthly social! There will be FREE light appetizers and raffles (like hats, t-shirts, and glasses) for Slumbrew swag, plus Slumbrew will be on hand to talk beer. Our social events are a great opportunity to learn more about One Brick Boston and our upcoming events, meet new people and mingle with fellow volunteers, members of the One Brick Team, and the Slumbrew team! (Click here for details and RSVP!)

Upcoming Volunteering Opportunities

We've got a bunch of exciting volunteering opportunities coming up over the next several weeks, including a chance to help out Habitat for Humanity of the North Shore, an opportunity to lend a hand maintaining a community garden in Dorchester this weekend, assisting at Boston Public School's Middle O orientation for middle schoolers at Fenway Park on August 22nd, helping out at Community Servings, and more.  Check out our full calendar of events at boston.onebrick.org/calendar/ for more details!
