Solo Travel for Beginners July9

Yearning to explore the great wide world?  Nervous to do it alone?  Fear not!  Join HI-Boston for a workshop dedicated to helping you travel alone while traveling right.  Learn how to get off the beaten path and explore places that you didn't realize that you could go to.  From hostels to airplanes, get the inside scoop on how backpackers and travelers explore exotic locations alone.  Char Johnson Stoever, our travel workshop presenter, will walk you through the basics of any amazing solo trip experience, from planning to being safe on the road.  The workshop will share time-tested tips and tricks with attendees, while helping first time solo travelers budget for their time on the road.  The workshop will be an open forum, and feature discussion-based activities to get you into the travel mindset.

Register today to join the online discussion forum where you'll have the chance to read exciting articles, information and resources before the workshop.  Plus, Char will be getting your feedback to tailor the workshop to your wants and needs.

Light appetizers and refreshments will be provided.
