We've got so much to choose from this month including a chance to mentor local youth with career and college paths at Let's Get Ready Career Day on July 12th at Boston University, helping out at the Cambridge 5K Sasquatch Run on July 13th (You'll get free admission to the afterparty at the Stone Zoo, plus there's a free shuttle from the T!), working with urban youth at More Than Words, helping with free Wednesday outdoor concerts at the Hatch Shell on the Esplanade, among many others. Free July Party with Slumbrew at Cambridge Common
Our July 15th party at Cambridge Common is the latest of our 2014 series of parties with Slumbrew each month, as each month we move to new locations around the Boston area, we're making it convenient for you to stop in and join the fun! Join us to socialize, catch up on past and share information on our upcoming volunteer events, and enjoy some after work food and drinks with us!
As always, Slumbrew will be on hand as always to hang out with all of us and raffle Slumbrew swag such as t-shirts, glassware, and posters as part of our exciting second year of partnership with the local brewery. Also, enjoy a cash bar with a tasty selection of beer including Slumbrew, have some fun, and meet new friends.
Our social events and parties are a great way to meet some of our team and other volunteers, as well as to learn more about our volunteering opportuities and our community. Please stop in anytime throughout the party, and be sure to bring all your friends along as well!
