Traveling Vegetarian may22

Are you a vegetarian or vegan interested in travel?  Have you felt hesitant due to your dietary preferences?  Well fortunately for you, HI-Boston is excited to be hosting a Vegetarian Travel 101 workshop for aspiring vegan and vegetarian travelers.  Hosted by avid traveler and vegan Maria Giurcan, the workshop will cover all of the ins and outs of the vegan & vegetarian travel experience.  From bringing the right vegan skincare products to identifying vegan restaurants in your destination, Maria will guide you through easy tips and ideas that have allowed her to visit countries on six different continents.  She'll also talk about the positive, sustainable impact traveling as a vegetarian or vegan can have on the environment. For more information about Maria's travels and general vegan pointers, visit her vegan travel blog
http://www.veganworldtrekker.com/.  HI-Boston has partnered with My Thai Vegan cafe in Chinatown to provide delicious vegan appetizers to attendees!  Whether you're a vegetarian looking to be inspired or an environmentally-conscious foodie, you'll want to attend this workshop!
