Traditional music, dance and delicious appetizers from China and will be featured as Villa Victoria celebrates the Chinese New Year. This unique community celebration is a collaborative effort between IBA and Chinese Folk Art Workshop to celebrate Chinese arts and culture in the heart of Villa Victoria.
