Pilates with Hanneke is finally back!! Join her as she takes you through her first 2013 Pilates STRENGTH Bootcamp. Pilates STRENGTH was created by Hanneke to tone and strengthen the entire body. It consists of low-impact cardio, calisthenics and Pilates movements. Get your body ready for a great 2013 by building a better and stronger you!
