Banks, Climate Justice and the Green Economy: Bank of America's Role and Responsibility
Boston area thought-leaders and community members will gather this week to discuss Bank of America, which more than any other big bank continues to prop up a 19th century energy system at a time when twin opportunities of job creation and the transition to a green economy are of paramount concern. The interactive dialogue event 'Banks, Climate Justice and the Green Economy: Bank of America's Role and Responsibility' will feature several local voices including Bob Massie of the New Economics Coalition.
RSVP online (http://coalfreebofa.eventbrite.com) to join the conversation, check out a unique art installation, and gain perspective on working across communities to shift anti-union corporate laggards like Bank of America and accelerate green job growth.
