5:30pm Orientation - If this is your first meeting, please come to the orientation and catch up with what's been happening. (We greatly appreciate that you come to this if you're able, but don't let it keep you away if you can't arrive until later!)
6pm - 8pm General Chapter Meeting
Looking to get involved in moving white people into action for racial justice? Join us at our next SURJ monthly chapter meeting to share what you've been working on and get invoved with the work of SURJ Boston!
We'll have some food (most likely pizza). Please feel free to bring a snack or something to share, but more importantly, bring yourself!
SURJ Boston is a volunteer run project of Community Change Inc. and a chapter of Showing Up for Racial Justice (SURJ) a national network of groups and individuals organizing white people for racial justice.
SURJ Boston focuses on: Building community with people and organizations in the Boston area working to end racism; Supporting and taking action to end racism/White Supremacy; Welcoming people new to racial justice work and/or new to the Boston area; and exploring the larger strategy of anti-racist organizing.
