Visit: Awaken
Throughout the past thirty years I have studied spirituality in the form of meditation, SRF - and the teachings of Paramahansa Yogananda,
metaphysical
science, hypnosis, eft, polarity therapy, RYSE®, enzyme nutrition,
neuro-linguistic programming, wellness coaching, background in
psychology and more.
My
souls' purpose in this life-time is to teach, and with passion I have
taught for the past thirty years. The previous thirteen years have been
dedicated to teaching students the work of polarity therapy, energy
systems education, meditation, nutrition with an emphasis on Ayurvedic. During
the past three years the focus has been in training instructors the
skills of effective communication, dynamic teaching, and empowerment.
I have been blessed in my practice and in my teaching to work with highly evolved, and beginners in the journey of awakening.
As each person is an individual with unique experience, so is the format in which we work together. The objective in my work with clients is to support the deepening of connection to spirit, deepening to an inner truth, aligned to spirit. It is from this space that energy is abundant and manifestation abounds.
Through divine guidance I am supported in my teaching to teach to the energy of each group; channeling the appropriate information for the healing process of all. Each person brings with them an energy and guidance, it is the combined energy of each group that creates the experience.
Life is a journey; not something to hurry up and get through. The process is very much a part of the journey. Travel with gratitude
for all experiences with awareness that you are not your experiences,
you are becoming the result. In this process there is choice; connecting
with your truth enables you to access the essence of your spirit.
What choices are you making?
You have come to this planet as pure spirit, the mission is to awaken to the remembrance of who you are
and what you have come to do. The awakening process can be accomplished
in several ways as long as all aspects of being are addressed.
My work with clients is inclusive of re-patterning the brain, the energy systems, and improving the health of
the physical body. The awakening process one year program will support
your evolution; for beginners and the more advanced. This program is
designed to support everyone no matter where they are in their journey.
See schedule for more information to this program.
