Body Bliss: Back, Neck and Shoulders w/Ali Mischke

Learn
to melt shoulders, delight necks, and liberate low and mid- backs. Ali
will share delicious bodywork techniques and select stretching assists,
teaching you how and when to apply them.
Discover
new techniques to help friends and yogis take their practice further,
unwind at the end of the day, and feel fantastic. Along the way,
discover which areas to target to move past some of your own challenge
pose plateaus. Please wear comfortable clothing with minimal back
coverage. Sports bra or bathing suit top recommended for women. All are
welcome! No hands-on experience necessary, and no need to bring a
partner!
