Do you feel overwhelmed with work? How do you handle stress?
Since
life stressors are varied, and come from all directions, a multi-tiered
plan is necessary to navigate the multi-layered nature of burnout. In
this three hour workshop participants will discover on-the-spot
strategies, mid-length strategies, and long-term strategies to address
stress. Using an instructional workbook, each participant will explore
techniques that are personally effective, and create an individualized
action plan to take home. In addition to self-study, this workshop will
include lecture, a short meditation and an “at your desk” style
stretching/yoga routine.
