Aug 08 the Mixers Band
Southern Oregon’s own little big band septet, “The Mixers Band”
are a swing, jazz and east/west coast jump blues band that
gives you both music and a show. The Mixers offer the best of
old school bands from the 40's, 50's and 60’s with the revved
up attitude of today. The show is fun-filled and very entertaining.

Aug 15 ian McFeron
Ian McFeron, whose lyrical prose has been compared to Bob
Dylan, Ryan Adams and David Gray, weaves together a variety
of roots-Americana traditions to create his own unique form of
roots-oriented American music. McFeron performs an average of
200 shows a year throughout the United States and Europe. On
the road, he is often joined by Alisa Milner, a Texas-style fiddler,
cellist and harmony vocalist, and long-time friends Norman Baker
and Mark Bateman on bass and drums. McFeron has released
six albums since 2003. www.ianmcferon.com

Aug 22 kelly thibodeaux & Etoufee
Born in New Orleans and raised on the Mississippi Gulf Coast,
Kelly Thibodeaux is a self-taught musician gifted with “the Song of
the South”.  From Louisiana Bayou honky-tonks to big city concert
halls, he has performed throughout the USA and Canada. In 2002,
Thibodeaux played and instructed at the National Fiddle Festival in
Hawthorne, Australia. He calls his musical genre “Swamp Rock,”
a roots-based sound combining southern rock, R&B and Cajun
music. For the past 20 years he and his band have toured and
produced five commercially successful recordings.

Aug 29 Random Sound
Random Sound formed when a group of 11-year-old Ashland
boys found they all had a mutual interest in playing music, and
in 2007 they performed at two local school talent shows. Encour-
aged by overwhelmingly positive feedback, they continued to
practice and won the 2010 “Southern Oregon’s Got Talent Com-
petition”. In 2011 they opened for Chris Isaac at Britt’s Table Rock
Stage, appeared at the Shakespeare Festival’s Green Show and
rocked Harry and David’s annual tree lighting. Random Sound
plays an eclectic mix of current and classic rock, and will be de-
buting new original material in 2012.
