8 WEEK MINDFULNESS COURSE

With William Jackson Doctoral Student in Clinical Health Psychology and former Buddhist Monk

This is an opportunity to take a step towards connecting with what is really important to you this year.

This course is tailored to those who have heard about mindfulness but have not yet taken a step to practice, those who have dabbled in mindfulness or those who currently have a meditation practice and wish to deepen their meditation with daily practice, weekly historical and scientific readings, personal meditation instruction and the support of a group. As we look with wisdom and kindness at our stress, pain, anxiety, grief, and anger, they transform. When we look with awareness and compassion at our joy and the fortune around us we can choose to savor and enhance our lives and help others to do the same.

Come prepared for a simple yet challenging practice that will help you create choice and strengthen your trust in your inner wisdom.
